Confined Space Entry
The goal of this in-person course is to ensure the attendee has the knowledge to define a confined space, identify the equipment needed, perform Pre Entry testing, evaluation and monitoring, and complete documentation as required by OHSA.
This is not a Competent Person Class
Topics Include:
Pre-entry rescue equipment
Air quality testing equipment
The proper selection and use of air monitors
Ventilation and purging of the confined space
Pre-entry documentation and hot work permit systems
Duties of the attendant while workers are in a confined space and rescue procedures.
